Master Degree in Education Administration and Supervision, Jacksonville State University, (Anniston, Alabama), Educational Specialist Degree in Administration and Supervision, Lincoln Memorial University, (Harrogate, Tennessee).
After graduation, Elder Waller began his professional career in Augusta, Georgia teaching Middle School adolescence. As a certified Georgia educator, he served as Principal, Assistant Principal, Teacher, Baseball and Football Coach. He concluded his academic vocation in the public school system serving in the central office working as Director of the middle school transformation team. Elder Waller also served as Head of Schools in the private school sector. Currently, Elder Waller serves as the Chief Financial Officer of a consortium of enterprises based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
