Elder Christopher M. Waller is a charismatic, innovative, solution driven thought leader, and entrepreneur who currently serves as the Pastor of the Holsey Chapel CME Church located in Columbus, Ga.
Pastor Waller’s mission is preaching and teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to all people.
Pastoral Leadership & Assignments:
As a visionary leader and itinerant preacher, Elder Waller has served in numerous congregations throughout Georgia. He served as the treasurer for the Atlanta-Rome District and Treasurer of the Sixth Episcopal District of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. Elder Waller founded and served in the Sanctuary of Christian Fellowship in Conyers GA. Elder Waller was appointed to Butler Street Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in Atlanta, Georgia. He demonstrated exceptional fiscal leadership and stewardship by getting the church out of foreclosure, eliminating $600,000 worth of debt, and positioning the church with six million dollars in assets.
Education & Training include:
Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a minor in Religion and Philosophy, Paine College (Augusta, Georgia). Master Degree in Integrated Adult Education from Cambridge College, (Cambridge, Massachusetts). Master Degree in Education Administration and Supervision, Jacksonville State University, (Anniston, Alabama), Educational Specialist Degree in Administration and Supervision, Lincoln Memorial University, (Harrogate, Tennessee).
After graduation, Elder Waller began his professional career in Augusta, Georgia teaching Middle School adolescence. As a certified Georgia educator, he served as Principal, Assistant Principal, Teacher, Baseball and Football Coach. He concluded his academic vocation in the public school system serving in the central office working as Director of the middle school transformation team. Elder Waller also served as Head of Schools in the private school sector. Currently, Elder Waller serves as the Chief Financial Officer of a consortium of enterprises based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

Elder Waller began his professional career as a Certified Educator working in Augusta, Georgia with middle school adolescence serving as: Principal, Assistant Principal, Teacher, Baseball and Football Coach. Elder Waller is married to Carolyn Harpe Waller of Macon, Georgia. They are very proud parents of Christina Mikalyn Waller, and twin boys, Christopher Mason and Caleb Michael Waller.
